“I would like to personally invite you to embrace the yogic lifestyle, with all of its twists & turns, adventures, and surprises. Every disappointment brings forth the opportunity for growth. Every success brings forth the opportunity to embody humility & gratefulness. A life of gratitude is an enchanted life indeed!”
From my heart to yours. . .Kolle
Kolle began her yoga journey in 2006. She was a very active student of the discipline, attending yoga classes 7-10 times per week! After participating in yoga classes for some time, Kolle recognized that the benefits of yoga extended way beyond the physical practice - that “yoga” meant “union”, which can be construed as the union of mind, body & spirit, or in a much larger sense, unified consciousness. Whoa!
Kolle became a Certified Yoga Instructor in 2010, completing her 200 Hour credentials in Colorado, and her 300 Hour credentials in Goa, India. She has been teaching and sharing yoga with others ever since.
When engaging in the physical practice of yoga, Kolle also recognized that the body can serve as a vessel to assist in the meditative process of stilling the mind. When the mind is still, we are able to experience life fully, effortlessly tapping into causeless joy in all of its simplicity.
As a student of health and wellness her entire adult life, Kolle became a Certified Health Coach in 2018. The Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN), which is the largest nutrition school in the country, defines a health coach as “a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices. Health coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments.” Therefore, a Certified Health Coach like Kolle, is a highly educated guide in the fields of nutrition science, exercise science, behavior science and mentoring.
“There’s a lot of misinformation out there, so the odds are against us in our struggle to make better choices for our health, and to simply just feel good in our own skin.”
Julie Pomerantz - Lead Trainer
As a Colorado native, Julie’s strong connection with nature began early in life. She was both a fierce athletic competitor and an outdoor enthusiast. After a severe back injury in 1996, one of Julie’s doctors recommended yoga.
The introduction to yoga was life changing. The physiological benefits were almost immediate, yet what was even more significant was the psychological, emotional and spiritual freedom. As one who seemed to be in constant movement along with the intensity of her work as a ski patroller and 1st responder, the stillness and presence Julie experienced during yoga was a game changer.
Julie’s discipline led her to a daily, 5:00 am home practice for over 20 years before taking the leap into practicing yoga in a studio. Shortly thereafter, Julie completed a 200-hour yoga teacher training program. Her passion for knowledge and understanding sparked a path of over 1000 more hours of training, primarily in yoga therapy. She obtained an E-RYT 500, a 300-hour teacher of yoga therapy, and an Ayurvedic Health Counseling certification.
Julie’s desire to help others to liberate their emotions and unlock their innate healing potential inspired her to create her own business as a Ayurvedic Health and Life coach. When she’s not working with and coaching others you can usually find Julie enjoying nature by rafting, skiing, cycling and camping.
